4.1 Free Software & Plugins

Our free WordPress plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPLv2) or a compatible open-source license. You are free to:

• Distribute copies to others
• Share your modifications under the same open-source license

4.2 Paid Software License

Upon purchasing a JTS paid product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software under the conditions below.

4.3 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense paid software
• Share your license key with others
• Use the software on more websites than your license allows
• Remove or alter copyright notices or license validation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the software for illegal or harmful purposes
• Claim the software as your own work

5. Digital Services

Our Digital Services include website design, SEO, Google Ads management, WhatsApp automation, content marketing and any custom development work. The following terms apply:

Website Design	Fixed-scope project. Deposit required before work begins. Delivery timelines agreed in writing.
SEO Services	Monthly retainer. Minimum 3-month engagement recommended for meaningful results.
Google Ads	Monthly management fee + ad spend. Ad spend paid directly to Google is non-refundable.
WhatsApp Automation	Setup fee + monthly subscription. Meta API fees are billed separately.
Custom Development	Milestone-based. Scope, timeline and pricing agreed in a written proposal.

6. Hosting, Domains & Infrastructure

Our Infrastructure offerings are governed by our upstream providers and ICANN regulations.

WordPress Hosting	30-day money-back guarantee on new accounts. Includes managed updates and staging.
Domain Names	Non-refundable once registered, as per ICANN rules. Renewal is your responsibility.
Business Email	Refundable within 7 days if no mailboxes have been created.
SSL Certificates	Refundable within 7 days if the certificate has not been issued.

7. Payments & Pricing

7.3 Invoices & GST

A GST-compliant invoice will be automatically emailed to you after successful payment. Business customers should ensure their GST number is entered correctly during checkout to receive a valid tax invoice.

10. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information at all times
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and license keys
• Use the software and services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Keep your WordPress, PHP and server environment up to date
• Regularly backup your website data and files
• Not use our services to transmit malware, spam or illegal content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts

11. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos and trademarks on our website and within our software are owned by JTS Tech Shop or its licensors. The free software is licensed under GPLv2 or a compatible license, but paid software and all proprietary elements (designs, branding, content) remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the software will meet your specific requirements, or that it will be compatible with future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, third-party plugins, or hosting environments. Results from SEO, Google Ads and other marketing services depend on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JTS Tech Shop, its owner, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you upload or transmit through our services

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay renewal fees (for annual licenses)
• Share your license key with unauthorized users
• Attempt to circumvent license validation

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks, or third-party service failures.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

17.1 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation with us. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our services.

18.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JTS Tech Shop regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
